I hurt my left heel about a week ago
skateboarding down a ten set(of stairs).
I thoug it was just bruised (which is)
But it just didnt get after four days.
So i went to the doctors and check the xrays(no problems there) and got my massage(so the new blood flows and heals fast)
after, i didnt skate for a day, which was harrrrd. And thought it got better and skateboard today. Nope, back to the beginning. Ahhh how long will you take to HEAL STUPID LEFT HEEL!
Anyways, was a good day, did some new stuff.
